Water is an insulator of electricity. Define. Which kind of water conduct electricity and why??

Well actually, pure water is an excellent insulator and does not conduct electricity. The thing is, you won't find any pure water in nature, so don't mix electricity and water.

First of all water is not an insulator it is called bad conductor secondly, Rain water is bad conductor and tap water is good conductor.
