When parents will stop compare their child educational progress with their freinds?

Unfortunately, this is a sad reality in our society. Majority of Parents will always compare their children. 
What we can do instead is: start talking about the positives of the student, something the parents don't know. 
For example, he/she is always listening to me in the class no matter what. Or Rahul always makes sure that he attends all the classes, never misses one. 

The positives outshining the negatives will surely help in this scenario.
