Some students have fear to speak with their parents.How the parent will respond,if any child ask something to parents?

Great question sir. It is a tough issue to tackle. We can do one small activity:

gather the students and ask them about why they fear their parents. Jot down some common points. 

After this meeting, gather parents together (in small groups if a large group is not possible). Bring out these points and create some guiding or introductory questions. 
Ask about their schedule at home. Then throw these points and try to make them understand about the fear children have.
