Yes eating healthy definitley will help with the exams. It may not reduce stress par say but will definitley benefit in other ways. For example eating junk will make the child lazy and lathargic hence making it counter productive to sit up and study. Similarly unhealthy eating can lead to stomach infections and diseases again making it counter productive. Eating healthy will make sure, the brain gets all the right nutrition to stay active and healthy and cope the kid through the heavy hours of studying. Right eating will also ensure good sleeping and resting patterns as well as help the kid with his/her immunity so the kid does not fall sick during or on day of exam.
