To motivate the kids to exercise daily ensure that the kids see a bright side to exercising. For example make exercises fun by adding functional (day to day activity based exercises) training into fun games. A basic example can be the game of catch and catch. (Pakda Pakdi). Exercise need not be very specific and monotonus. Dont stick to one play or routine, try to mix it up and make it intereting for the kids. You can also keep rewards weekly or monthly to keep them motivated to exercise to win the prize. You can keep healthy competitions so that they keep exercising to do well at the competitions. Arrange sports meets and send the kids to play. Make small changes each day to make them come and play and have fun.
