How can I help my students overcome the negative impact of covid19 lockdown for normal growth?

1. Try to connect with them more and more. Do not discuss only subject specific topic but try reach out to them so that they can share their fears anxieties stress etc. A strong connect with them will help them enhance their performance as well.

 

2. Make your Lesson plans more activity oriented. So that  learners can be involved more.

3. Discuss and dont instruct.

4. Less judgemental and prejudiced and be more understanding at times when we do not receive their assignments and submissions.

5. Use Flip teaching to generate interest 

6. Use different apps like Mentimeter, padlet etc to help students cope up with the new normal.

7. the best is to help them interact more with peers and with you.
