Customized learning paths based on interests
Dear Hemlata,
When we say learning outcomes, we refer to the learnings our students will have gained by the end of the class.
1. When you design your lesson plan, make sure it caters to the skill and knowledge part of the content.
2. At the end of every class, give an assessment (any question or exit ticket) by which you can check how much your students have learnt and what needs to be revisited in the next class.
3. Share the learning outcomes with the students at the beginning of the class, and at the end, ask if they think the set goal for that day's class has been achieved or not and reason for the same.
4. Refect on your lesson and research about the different pedagogical practices that can be leveraged to achive the set outcome.
