You can arrange for meetings (in-person or virtual)  with the parents as per the need. At the beginning of the academic year, try to bring them on the same platfrom and note down the expectations from both ends (parents as well as yours).

As they are one of the key stakeholders in students education, make sure they are aware about the same and are aware about the impact they have on their kids life. 

Work with your colleagues and try to engage parents in regular classroom learning. You can research about the different activities to make parents more interactive and an active participant in their kids' learning.

Whatever you plan, make sure you are following it consistently. You can also set up your goal sheet with the parents which can be helpful in mapping out the progress you have made.
