How do we deal with Language problem (mother tongue as envisaged in NEP as medium of instruction)????

It is a long process. To ensure that the transition is smooth for the stuents, model out instructions to them, first in their mother tongue and then in the language practised in the classroom. 

Break down the instructions in small chunks. if needed, repeat them and ask students to repeat the instructions (in mother tongue and then in the classroom language).

As time passes, gradually move to a common classroom language.
