A teacher should always emphasize on the reading, writing skill of the students. Whatever they right whether it may be short but should be specific, similarly reading makes the child more confident. Listening and speaking are the other important attributes of communication skill. What the other is saying is important to listen and also feel emotions are equally important.

Giving positive feedback is an essential part of promoting communication in students. As teachers in order to improve communication skills among students we can arrange extempore speech among students,they may be asked to take classes of their fellow classmates in the presence of a teacher ,mock parliament can be arranged for every students ' active participation. And story telling competitions can also be arranged where every student should be encouraged to participate and all the more students may be given that much space so that they may express their views in their own way without any imposition of any sort of method or technique.They should feel free to share their views and will gradually acquire confidence in their speech and communication.
Watch films that model conversation skill. Use technology. Reinforce active listening. Offer group presentation and assignment. Ask open ended question use tasks and activities that foster critied thinking. Offer reflective learning opportunities.
