During vacations, students can pick up a state (of India) and collect in depth knowledge about that state (culture, traditions, industry, history, art etc) and compile them in a project form which would indirectly make them aware/educated. Also, the activities may differ from subject to subject. Like in Hindi you can pick a writer/poet and tell the students to collect his works and interpret it in the best possible way. Otherwise the students can go through the glossary/ basic definitions of Technical subjects (Science) and understand it through fun activities.
