How can we help those students in study who don't have multimedia phone

We can identify students living in the neighborhood, who have phones - create groups and ask them to share resources. We can also share resources like texts, audiobooks and voice notes instead of video resources. We can also spare some time and increase engagement with these students through phone conference calls, or one to one conversations.
