1. It is indeed very valid point that technology is impacting human health, both physically and mentally. Family is the smallest unit of a society. My sense is that the culture of restrictive usage of digital media must be rooted from families itself. Such discipline alone would be helpful as the spread of technology is unregulated and widespread. 2. Ways of using technology in classroom has been answered during inception of session. The same may be referred.
