We often raise voice against rote learning in schools and on the other hand we promote the subjects which has theoritical based only. Though theory based subjects are necessary too but to make the mind of students more practical with EQ and ethical knowledge , we need constitution as a different subject in school curriculum.

To provide them ethical and moral knowledge there are subjects of moral, social & environmental science already. Unnecessarily including a length of laws and articles which promote rote learning in the end and add to their burden mainly.

If learning about the laws is hectic then what is the logic behind having such bulky book as a showpiece ? Do you want that one shouldn't have hang of the laws and few lawyers and other known people can continue using layman.

Here we should understand the difference between constitutional ethics and societal ethics. These both are related to each other but not identical.
