Interpersonal Skills are the skills required for daily interaction and communication with others. This involves not just speaking well, but also learning to listen, understand, comprehend, question and negotiate. To develop such skills, first and foremost we must begin with teaching students to listen. Listening and hearing are two very different things that we must be mindful of. Listening involves giving our full attention and grasping what another person is saying. We can begin be making students question the lectures we are delivering in classrooms. This would show how well and how much are students actually listening to what another has to say.
