कुछ विद्यार्थी कक्षा में चुप्पी साधे रहते है?बहुत कम संवाद अपने शिक्षक से करते है,ऐसा क्यों?अधिकतर अध्यापन के समय ऐसे बच्चे मौन रहा करते है और न तो कुछ सवालो का जवाब दे पाते है। हमारे एक्सपर्ट से अनुरोध है कृपया उचित समाधान बताइयेगा।

As teachers, developing relationship with students is of utmost importance, especially when it comes to shy students. We can do the following in such cases:

1. Find out their interest areas and try talking with them. 

2. Be compassionate and understanding towards them. As its an anxiety for them. 

3. Use non verbal options to initiate a discussion, like you can use different colors cards on desk symbolising "need to talk", "struggling", "all good".

4. Kindly avoid placing them in embarrassing situation or punishing them for not replying. 

5. Use collaborative learning. Club them with the other kid in class who is understanding.
