We should maintain healthy relationships with students, there should be a regular communication and interaction to know what's going on in their brains .

Teacher should try to keep talking with children and listen to their inhibitions. Classroom environment should be lively and children should look forward to conversation related to reaching learning matter

घर और स्कूल में एक खुशनुमा माहौल बनाए रखना चाहिए , जैसे बच्चों के  साथ मिलकर उनके आयु और विकास अनुरूप खेल खेलने चाहिए। बच्चों को प्रति दिन कहानी सुनानी चाहिए तथा उन्हें गुणवत्ता पूर्ण समय के साथ साथ उनके स्तर पर आ कर, बैठ कर बात चीत करनी चाहिए। बच्चों के सामने कभी भी लड़ाई झगडे और असभ्य भाषा व गाली गलौज का उपयोग नहीं करना चाहिए। कभी दूसरे बच्चों से तुलना नहीं करनी चाहिए।

हमेशा बच्चों को यह अहसास कराएं कि आप उनके support के लिए उनके साथ है।
