Students are all not the same. Some might have mathematical skills and others may have painting or drawing skills. Even though many skills are considered as extra-curricular, a teacher should appreciate and motivate the students for whatever skills or talents or aspirations they have, along with helping them to identify their strong and weak points in the curriculum, by giving personal attention and personal schemes for students
