It might be a good idea to take some time to reflect on what are your stressor. Is it too much work? Is it because of online classes? Is it related to financial conditions, the general sense of uncertainity, not being able to meet people?....Once you identify things that are cauing stress, it becomes easier to thing of ways to deal with it. Some of it might be things you have contrl over and some not so much. When they are things we don't have contol over, we will have to figure ways to cope with it. It might be through relaxation techniques like deep breathing or yoga... in extreme cases we may need some counselling. But in any case, we should pay attention to basic things like sleep, diet, exercise, etc.
Doing What Matters in Times of Stress: An Illustrated Guide is a stress management guide for coping with adversity published by the World Health Organization. It is an easy read and very helpful in reflecting. I highly recommend going throught it :)
