Some level of stress is requred for all of us to stay motivated. For example, when we have a deadline to finish our portion, we tend to plan our lessons in an effective manner. The deadline is something that is introduced as a stressor to make us work at a faster pace. Having a deadline to finish or level to achieve can be stressors that are introduced with good intentions. However, sometimes these stressor that are introduced might be unjust, or we may have a lot of stressors that we are subjected to simultaneously which can get tricky to handle.

When we think on managing stress, sometimes the solutions may be external. Eg; talking to your supervisor and setting realistic timelines; and sometimes it is to be dealt with internally, Eg; breathing exercises, yoga, eating and sleeping well, etc.
