Some guardian of our school tells us to give much home work for their child. But I think too much home work spoil their self study. What do you think about it?

I agree. Too much of anything is not good. Children should be given space to grow in all fields, not only academics. They should not be burdened with so much homework that they can't find time for anything else. 

I think we need to have conversations with parents and explain to them why there needs to be a balance maintained between schoolwork and other activities for students. Therefore, regular collaboration with parents becomes important.

Everything should be balanced. Too much of homework is also spoil their study schedule.
