Using multi language can help student enable to speak English.

I think teachers may give students a certain topic, make them concentrate on it, ask them to make some preparation, and then have a discussion on it. if no topic, no preparation, students don't know what to talk and how to talk. Besides, teachers may ask students to talk to his/her partner in English when they are having lunch, dinner or playing together. This way may add more chances for them to speak for class time is limited. Even though the way they talk is not very standard, it may at least make them to speak. Day by day, I think there will be some improvements

1. Not shout or scold them for going wrong.

2. Making them repeat after you.

3. Creating role play activities where they are allowed to use the vocabulary they learn.

4. Asking them to sing any songs in English as this will give them confidence to speak in the language. They can then converse slowly and steadily.
