As  a teacher, I think homework should be given where parents can participate! For eg if there a project given to the student, parents can be involved in giving feedback on the ideation of the project or even asking them to host a exhibition at home where they can be involved in the process of presentation! Their experience in the subject can always guide the students much better! Its not just about parents but also about involving the community and relatives at large ! I would be very interested to know other teachers ideas as well! Please do share in the answer section!

आज इस महामारी के समय जब हम पिछले 7 महीनों से बच्चों को गृह कार्य ऑनलाइन भेज रहे हैं क्योंकि यह बिल्कुल नया प्रयास था अध्यापक अभिभावक और बच्चों के लिए मैं तो अब बच्चों को कुछ विधालय कार्य के साथ-साथ रोचक एक्टिविटीज भेजने लगा हूं ताकि बच्चे बोरियत महसूस ना करें और बच्चे चाव के साथ एक्टिविटीज पूरी करके वापस ग्रुप में भी शेयर करते हैं

Collaboration between parents and teachers is the key for a creating a successful classroom. Most importantly, if teachers can keep parents knowledgeable about what is happening in the classroom with their own child, the chances of learning increases tremendously. To improve collaboration for home work teachers can give parents ideas for activities that would benefit what the students are learning in the classroom. Many times parents don't know the information being taught in the classroom well enough to help their child. Then teachers should provide background information about what is being learned in class so parents can help their child with home work whether they are worksheets or videos,  giving parents this type of information helps  them feel confident when they try to help their child with an assignment.
