First of all, teachers should clear all the basic doubts of students. Secondly Maths should be teach as fun so that instead of fear students learn it enjoyably. Several games in the form of puzzles, quiz, snake and ladder, suduko can enhance learning in maths. Lastly More practice can make their way easy to understand maths.
It’s no surprise that confidence is a huge factor in students’ anxiety towards mathematics. Previous negative experiences with the subject can lead to a negative and defeatist attitude. To overcome this, you should provide students with regular confidence-building exercises that look challenging but enable all students to do well. This boost in confidence and self-efficacy can decrease anxiety and fear, as students feel more and more capable and motivated.
Interesting question ma'am, I would like to share some suggestions or ideas. First of we should search for the cause of the problem or challenge which we are facing. Because every problem has a root i.e. Reason. Now know the first step we should do is (when a problem occurs in front of us) ask why from yourself, then again until you don't get the answer.
