Shouldn't state governments again think about reopening of schools after post lockdown because students and teachers are becoming corona positive and cases are increasing day by day and it may lead to community transmission?

Difficult to say in a rapidly evolving dynamic situation like a pandemic but yes health is foremost priority at this time so everything else should be secondary. But given that a pandemic can last for 2-3 years life has to resume with full precautions of course. People need to follow COVID safe behaviours and if any symptoms stay at home isolate and get tested and all contacts should also get tested.
