Was reading the posts. One of my friend said that cost is the factor in implementing this extra curricular activities. 

But I truly believe, if the child is doing exceptional in that particular arena such as Singing, dancing or acting, parents should encourage their child in it. 

Also the teachers can help the child with potential buying the required instruments or allowing him/her to practice beyond Clg hours 

Hence, cost is not the problem here and thus these activities must be made the part of the curriculum as the pros are much better than the said cons

Cost is also a factor and sometimes parents can't afford this.
