Can we include non contact games in our daily routine?

Yes we can, even though children are not competing in any sporting event it is important to keep them physically active because we have already limited daily physical activities due to inability to go out of the house. So even simple things like skipping rope, cycling, indoor basketball hoops, dancing, yoga can keep the kids physically active.
