When I joined teaching profession in 2011,the most challenging moment for me was "to balance different learning needs of students". Every student has different learning need. I used differentiation to overcome it I.e. to put as many ways of learning into a lesson as we can.I put three or four different Learning styles into one lesson so that students can clearly understand.
When I was transferred to the another new school that time my most challenging moment was I have to maintain my record that was to give my 100 %for students100 %result mainly in maths & I tried hard& result r very nice from students.

If I said to my students, that tomorrow student’s finish this homework or else any other test, surely one or two of my students were absent on that particular day.. I overcome this situation by motivating, encouraging,appreciating them by giving small small gifts... Now they are happily coming to schools, not fear of test homework and all..
Current challenge is online teaching because students was not participating to zoom lecture. But I had contact with those students who didn't attend online lecture .also prepared PPT according to syllabus and I send PPT that students. Now students calling me and participating in teaching.
Before teaching in school, I used to give tutions at my home. Teaching at home and teaching in school are quite different thing. One of the major challenge I had faced was how to grab the attention of students. Whether the students were able to understand the concepts or not. As to teach a number of students in a class interestingly, seemed too be difficult for me.Gradually learnt the classroom management ,different techniques to make the chapters interesting .In this courses of gurushala helped me a lot. Gradually my bond with my students became strong and I found myself more connected with my students.
नमस्कार सभी को मैं एक से पांच कक्षा को पढ़ाता हूं मेरे सामने सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह आई की बच्चों की छोटी-छोटी चीजें प्राय विद्यालय भवन में गुम हो जाती थी और जब किसी को मिलती तो बच्चे आपस में लड़ते कि यह मेरी है मेरी है जैसा कि हम सभी को पता है पेंसिल रबड़ जैसी चीजें वस्तुएं सभी की एक जैसी होती है तो सही बच्चे की पहचान करना मुश्किल हो जाता था इसलिए मैंने शून्य निवेश में एक गत्ते का बॉक्स बनाया जिसका नाम रखा खोया पाया प्यारा घर और बच्चों को समझाया की किसी को कोई वस्तु मिले तो इस बॉक्स में डालें जो डालेगा उसे इनाम मिलेगा धीरे धीरे यह है नवाचार फलीभूत हुआ और मुझे इस मुझे इस समस्या से निजात मिली
