India is a vast country with diversity and disparity running though its veins. When we talk about education in India, we must not forget that we are on the of the most populated countries in the world and are also the world's largest democracy. While the each and every citizen must be educated, they must also be given equal chances to be educated. Therefore privatization of education results in not giving an equal opportunity to all citizens. Private schools make education into a business and run contrary to our Constitution only.

In general, private schools offer better facilities and equipment and a better teacher-pupil ratio than state (public) schools. They do so because they can afford these advantages.

If we permit private institutions to take over the entire education system, there is no guarantee of equal treatment and opportunity to all which is mandate of the constitution and the law.

That is because these private institutions have made education into a business with the intent of making profits. Government can always upgrade itself to such modern facilities but private institutions can never ensure equal treatment to all.
