For teachers who are creating the future of the country, they should be themselves, positive, brave and vibrant so that the students take up the same habits from them. Meditating of certain frequencies ie like binaural beats even for 5 minutes can bring out a huge difference in aligning the body with mind, Certain books like THE SECRET, can actually open up our perception of law of attraction and positivity. Loads of fluids and water, does ease up our body and betters our brain function, strengthening our body with food rich in vitamin and minerals, with a bit of an executive is the WAY OF LIFE. Processsed food, keeeping the phone all the time alongside, absorbing the negative energy can take a toll on your health. You are important, you are building up a nation!
