Sometimes students affected from corona not telling the schools about them, parents also hiding this. In such a situation what should the school do?

There are two types of COVID-19 Patients ones those who are symptomatic, which can be checked by the Thermometers (Infrared thermometers) or are coughing. While some are asymptomatic, to make sure that such a situation does not arise, the most basic rule is to be strict about it. Information to the parents should be given before hand, that if in case any close contact family member or the child themselves are infected they SHOULD AVOID coming to the school or STRICT action would be taken. If information like this percolates way before opening of the school, it will be beneficial.
