Why is Privatisation of education necessary?

According to my point of view, there should be no privatization of education. If it happens so , then it will be difficult for poor people to provide education to their children. Private schools increases their fee every year by a huge amount and it is not possible for poor and middle class families to afford such amount. If there is privatization then education will be very far away from poor children.
