I have learnt Patience by listening students. I think listening is the most powerful tool .It improves my teaching practices. If we listen them with patience means we are accepting or understanding their feelings, behaviour. My aggression has turned into calmness and I built a nature having patience within me..

छात्रों को कई वर्षों से निरन्तर देखते हुए मैंने यह सीखा है कि हर छात्र विशेष होता है । हर बच्चे में कोई न कोई गुण ऐसा होता ही है ,जिसको समय पर पहचान कर तराशा जाए तो वही उसका हुनर बनकर आजीविका का माध्यम बन सकता है । और इसिलये अब कोई छात्र पढ़ने में कम रुचि लेता दिखता है तो नाराज़गी की जगह मैं उसका छुपा हुनर ढूंढने की कोशिश करती हूँ । और विद्यार्थियों से सीखी यह बात अपने स्वयं के बच्चों पर भी लागू करती हूँ । सबक यही है कि कोई मनुष्य बेकार नहीं है ,आवश्यकता है उसको समझकर आकार देने वाले की ।
