Students spend at most 6 months at home..After lockdown how to handle the students in class room and atmost so many challenges we the teachers and students will face ..how to overcome them..How should we motivate the children

Plan for every class:never try to wing it,pay attention to strength & limitations of each of your students, encourage interaction among students, review learning objective, put some excitement into speech, give lots of example,provide opportunity to every student to speak,plan around 15-20 minutes cycle,reward strength and strengthen weakness.

Firstly we talk to children. We talk about their experience and lockdown time. After some days we start teaching with basic level to upper level.
