Is it possible to to produce hydrogen bye decomposition of water of heat electricity and light

Yes. Hydrogen can be produced by electrolysis of water. In the process of electrolysis, electricity is passed through water and it decomposes to form hydrogen and water. Hydrogen has positive ions so it gets collected over negative cathode and oxygen has negative ions so it gets collected over positive anode. By placing a jar over cathode, Hydrogen can be collected.
