Yes I am doing samarpan meditation for last 10 years. Benefits are countless I m one who live peaceful, satisfied, patience, well-balanced, fulfilled,cheerful , happy life . I listen to my inner voice . I wake up early in the morning at brahmamurt & I meditate. In my life no fear ,no worry फल की इच्छा किये बिना कर्म करना ही अपने हाथ है।

I have been doing meditation in lockdown. I used to panic a lot in the beginning but I believe it has calmed me down. It is not like things do not matter to me now but I have a different approach to deal with my problems now and I feel very fresh.

YES. I meditate always. I do yoga every day. it relaxes my mind, develops immunity, freshens our mind. it rejuvenates our sense organs, removes body pain. Coordination between heart and mind is smoothened. Blood circulation is proper. I am motivated to do yoga due to my parents and College. As we have a single period of 1 hour every day for yoga and even my parents guide me to doso...... I follow the Ramdev baba's video for meditation and yoga. Meditation with long OM UCHARAN IS ESSENTIAL. It helps in proper functioning of Respiratory organs.
