इसमें कोई बड़ी बात नही है। यदि छात्र प्रश्न पूछते हैं तो उन्हें पूछने दिया जाए। एक शिक्षक का कर्तव्य ही यही है कि वह एक प्रश्न यदि 100 बार पूछा जाए तो उत्तर भी 100 बार प्रसन्न मनोभाव से दे। यदि विद्यार्थियों को समझ मे नही आ रहा है तो उत्तर देने का तरीका परिवर्तित करें। प्रश्नोत्तर विधि का प्रयोग कर विद्यार्थी के समस्या समाधान करें।
Many times children hesitate to ask their doubts or queries . It is the responsibility of the teacher to create such a convenient , comfortable learning environment that children feel free to ask the teacher. The teacher student realtionship here should be like friends and guardian. The teacher should try to use strategies to find out if the children still have doubts and motivaye them to ask and clarify their doubts. The teacher can also use games or assessment strategies to find that. Most important is that the teacher should respond to each and every query of each and every child, irrespective of that the question is being repeated.
बच्चों को कक्षा का वातावरण सहज नहीं लगने की वजह से बच्चे प्रश्न पूछने में संकोच करते हैं। पर यदि बच्चे बार बार प्रश्न पूछ रहे हैं तो हमे अपनी शिक्षण प्रविधि को प्रश्न पूछने वाले बच्चे की मानसिक क्षमता, योग्यता, पूर्वानुभव इत्यादि को ध्यान में रखते हुए बदलना पड़ेगा।
İt happens due to lack of confidence, overestimate their understanding and ability, students fear of what others will think of his/her answer. To overcome this situation a teacher should have close contact with the students, be more friendly , the teacher must understand each student. The teacher must have the ability to teach along with examples to understand full amd easily. Student often remember when they are teach practically and with giving examples. Asking Questions helps motivate students curiousity about the topic .
It's teachers responsibility to remove hesitation from the students' learning process. Students must be appreciated when they ask a question because it ensures that at least they are trying to understand. Now in case they are asking to explain something again and again then teacher should change or simplify the method to explain or relate it to real life example if possible for the topic. It's my personal experience as soon as you relate to a practical situation in real life they understand immediately.
