Baljeet ji, the parents can be given regular sessions on what the children are learning in the school on gender and you can encourage them to adopt gender inclusive practices at home as well. Firstly, we have to see the areas where gender discrmination happens at home and then talk to the parents on the implication of the same and how they can correct it. It is extremely important to have these conversations with parents as they have huge influence on children. So regular interactive sessions with parents on different topics would help.
