According to me,ability to understand students mental and emotional needs female teacher is a good option. They have a better child psychology. But for the senior classes they lack strictness which is quite important.

From a statistical perspective on average women are better listeners than men, and all else being equal, someone who pays good attention to what students are saying has a better understanding of what students need and will be a better teacher.

If teacher has talent , knowledge, and a good personality. They can manage 12th class either male or female.
