Japan has the best education system in the world for three straight quarters in a row. The main reason for being at the top is its technology based educational background and a firm investment in its education system with a lot of money being invested in it. Technology is very essential. Now due to lockdown we are also realizing the importance of technology in education. More than ever.

Singapore, has some subjects at an international level particularly Maths and Science where they repeatedly achieve high ranking . one cannot be sure if they have a “good” education, becasue the high ranking is acheived through a great deal of rote learning for teaching to the tests that they do well in. Is that a good education? Is rote learning important or is concept clarification a better measure?
