As mental health of students is affected how is Education policy preparing their challenges? There should be psychiatric counsellors arranged in every mandals to address child's issues.

Yes, this issue is very sensitive. We can contact the counselors for such kind of sensitive issues, if any. I believe that every school has a counselor.
