Hum sabhi students ko padane k liye motivate krte hain. Hum har kosis krte hain ki hamare students ka performance acha rahe agar in sbke baad bhi kuch students padai na kare, class ka atmosphere kharab kare to hume unko kis tarah padaye ki unhe padane main aur bhi jyada intrest aaye??

1.Mam, first of all you have to make a friendly relationship with them. So they can share any problems with you. 2.Make their groups and give them tasks to complete in a group. 3.Use activities, projects, quizzes, riddles, puzzles etc. for engaging them in a class. 4.Do a modeule from Gurushala i. e. STUDENT ENGAGEMENT. So you can get new ideas. 5.Make such students leaders. Because leadership bring them normal behavior. 6.Use STAR startegy from ALIGN WITH ALGEBRA modeule.

Ma'am aise bacho ko motivate krke ,starting with some easy questions. Unko small reward dekar unhe encourage kiya ja sakta h. Her bache me kuch na kuch potential hota h unhe pechanna,unhe bhi monitor, group leader bnne ki opportunity dekar.

Most of time student do not engage in class because1)they did not like the subject. 2)they did not like teacher or style of teaching 3)thier basics are not clear. Solutions of these problems.1) Give interesting info about subject , explain the value of subject in daily life application such as shoping, homework etc 2)try some intresting and innovative ideas to teach the subject you can use gurushala content library or youtube. 3)give them tuition or suggest their guardian for it
