We teach the students of age groups from 11 years to 15 years.Besides they are from various socio-economical back grounds.Their social, psychological, behavioural needs are different.Every child has own individual identity.Discipline is the one of the key most factor to trigger the learning environment.
So how can I handle and maintain discipline in a class of 80-100 students with different individual needs?

Truly said and I agree with your point of view, however as far as the class discipline is concerned experienced teachers don't deal with problems they prevent them from occurring. So, I would rather say that it is the teacher's impression on students which decides that either the students will treat him or her with courtesy and regard or otherwise...

Moreover, your study material should be catchy and students should find it interesting to attend your class

If the students realize that teacher is struggling, they will try to take us for rude
