स्कूल शिक्षा आरटीई अधिनियम के तहत वर्तमान 6-14 वर्षों के बजाय 3-18 वर्ष के बच्चों को कवर करेगी। यह बचपन की देखभाल और शिक्षा (ECCE) के तहत तीन साल और माध्यमिक शिक्षा के तहत चार साल को कवर करता है। ECCE उस आयु वर्ग के बच्चों के लिए खेलने और खोज-आधारित सीखने की सुविधा प्रदान करेगा।
