The role of the teacher in a play-way method is that of a facilitator only. An efficient teacher will have to put an effort before the interaction with the children happens and would have been ensure it is the children who actively guide their learning. The role of the teacher, is precisely, to engage the child and nurture various values in her/him like the curiosity, experimentation, never give up spirit and risk-taking (safely executed)
