This module focuses on the strategies which can be used by the teachers to make the learners independent. It will be appropriate for the age group of 12-14 years students. In this module strategies to encourage students and a process of sharing feedback are discussed to enhance self-motivation in students in both academic as well as extra-curricular domains and a 4"T"s strategy to develop organized learners is also discussed.
